Apple Pie Smoothie
This apple pie smoothie is cozy, creamy, and packed with warm fall flavors. It tastes just like apple pie but is made with wholesome ingredients—perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 medium apple (peeled, cored, and chopped – frozen for best texture)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice (optional, for thickness)
Instructions
- Add apple, yogurt, milk, oats, protein powder, nut butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice for a thicker texture and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle extra cinnamon on top before serving.
