Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
This blueberry muffin smoothie is creamy, filling, and tastes just like a bakery-fresh muffin in a glass! Packed with oats, blueberries, and protein, it makes a perfect breakfast or post-workout drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, for extra protein)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice (optional, for thickness)
Instructions
- Add blueberries, yogurt, milk, oats, protein powder, nut butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice if you prefer a thicker texture and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
