Watermelon Mint Smoothie
This watermelon mint smoothie is refreshing, hydrating, and naturally sweet. With just a few ingredients, it’s the perfect summer drink for cooling down, staying energized, and boosting hydration.
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon (cubed and chilled or frozen)
- 1/2 cup coconut water or plain water
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
Instructions
- Add watermelon, coconut water, yogurt (if using), lime juice, mint leaves, and honey to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
- Add ice if you prefer a colder, slushy texture and blend again.
- Pour into a chilled glass, garnish with fresh mint, and serve immediately.
